PAYMENTS
All reservation bookings are confirmed via email (info@mabambalodge.com)
For reservation invoice please provide: Lead guest full names /ID and, Dates of check in/out dates, Package, Activities and Transport.
Deposit/ Reservation
Upon confirmation a fee deposit is required to secure the reservation. If your booking is within 30 Days of the booking date, 100% of payment is required. If booking is further than 30+ days from your booking date 50% deposit is required.
Payment can be made directly to our $ Dollar, UGX (Shilling) account, Pesapal link in US $ Dollars or UGX (Ugandan Shillings) at the exchange rate ruling on the day payments are made.
Cash (please note) - Uganda does not accept US dollars older than 2013
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled or reduced in length of stay as well as numbers are subject to cancellation fees, specified by the cancellation policy below.
· 30+ days prior to guest arrival date: 10% cancellation fee will be charged
· 30 – 15 days prior to client arrival date: 25% cancellation fee will be charged
· 3 -14 days prior to client arrival date: 50% cancellation fee will be charged
· Less than 3 days prior to client arrival date: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
Early Departures: Subject to a fee of 80% of the total cost per night & No-Show
Subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost per night.
